Each company directly controls their shop offering surpluses or merchandise from the previous season discounted between 30% and 70% year round. 250 labels including Armani, Burberry, Gucci, Furla, Ugg, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Corneliani, Clarks, La Perla, Nike, Longchamp, Polo Ralph Lauren, Le Creuset, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Philipp Plein, Tod’s, Woolrich, Adidas, Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, Coach, Dsquared2, Timberland, Maje, Mammut, Off-White, Guess, Damiani, Kiko Milano and many others. 1800 parking spots, 9 food and refreshment's stops and a regional Infopoint.

FoxTown was Southern Europe's first outlet, inaugurated in November 1995 by Ticino entrepreneur Silvio Tarchini. Every year over 3 million shopping tourists visit it. On the 1st floor there are stores dedicated to young customers. On the 2nd floor there are mostly leisure and outdoor articles (prêt-à-porter and casual accessories) while the 3rd floor offers high fashion with the best-known international labels.

In June 2022, FoxTown opened the doors of its new wing with new and exclusive brands, directly connected to the Mendrisio San Martino train station and by a skybridge to the main building. The interior design of the extension bears the signature of the internationally renowned Ticino architect Mario Botta.
